Accounting & Advisory · Mossel Bay

Always knowwhere you stand

Izavon looks after the accounting, tax and statutory work for owner-run businesses — and makes sure you understand what it all means.

Established 2026 Mossel Bay, Western Cape Working across South Africa Professional Accountant (SA)

The point

Most accountants file on your behalf. We would rather you understood the numbers.

We work across a wide range of industries — manufacturing, hospitality, professional services, legal practices, medical practices and specialists, automotive workshops, and more. What we specialise in is making sure you actually understand your own books, and helping you plan ahead for tax, VAT and cash flow. Whatever the business looks like, the job is to make sure you always know where you stand.

Note 01
What we do

Two ways most clients work with us

One fee, everything recurring

Monthly accounting

Bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll and its submissions, VAT, the SARS calendar and the company secretarial work — handled as one engagement, so nothing recurring is left on your desk to remember.

Advisory & virtual CFO

Someone in the numbers with you every month — budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and the awkward questions answered while there is still time to act on them. For owners who need a finance head without carrying one on the payroll.

Note 02
How it works

Three steps, then it is off your desk

01

We talk first

A conversation about the business, what shape the books are in, and what you actually need. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.

02

A written scope

What is included, what it costs, and when each thing is due — agreed in writing before any work starts.

03

Then it runs

The SARS calendar becomes ours to track, not yours. You hear from us before a deadline, not after one.

Note 03
Who we work with

No industry we are precious about

The work is the same shape in most businesses. What changes is what you need explained, and how far ahead you need to see.

Note 04
The practitioner

You deal with the person doing the work

Izavon is Rynhard Thirion — a Professional Accountant (SA), a member of SAIPA, and a registered Tax Practitioner, with six years in practice behind the firm. Small on purpose: when you call, the person who answers is the person in your books.

Questions

Who am I actually dealing with?
Rynhard Thirion, directly. He is a Professional Accountant (SA), a member of SAIPA, and a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS. Izavon is a small practice on purpose — you deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.
What does monthly accounting actually include?
Everything recurring, in one fee: the bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll and its submissions, VAT, the SARS calendar, and the company secretarial work. The point is that nothing recurring is left on your desk to remember.
Do you work with businesses outside Mossel Bay?
Yes — clients across South Africa. Bank feeds, Xero and a phone call do most of the work, and have for years. Where you are matters far less than it used to.
Do I have to wait for year end to move?
No. A change of accountant can happen at any point in the year. We request the records from your current accountant, pick up from wherever the books are, and you should notice very little.

A conversation costs nothing and usually tells you more than a proposal would.
